Really good Service and Relaxing Atmosphere
helpful staff polite service relaxing ambience convenient location
The staff were consistently helpful and polite from arrival to departure. I particularly appreciated the welcome and service in the restaurant. A morning yoga session was a nice inclusion, and I found the lobby ambience to be very relaxing. The location is convenient as it is not too far from the town center.
The hotel did seem to need some cosmetic improvements in places. The hallways looked a bit dated.

shuttle service kind staff
The staff showed such kindness and attentiveness. the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to a forest. I visited daily.
the bathroom design, intended to assist disabled guests, lacked shower doors, resulting in a wet floor after each use.

tired equipment repetitive fruit
The gym was less than stellar. I mean, the equipment looked tired. The breakfast was alright, sure, but the fruit selection felt a little repetitive each morning. Not a disaster by ANY means, but it could have been spruced up a bit.
